Visited the track recently and was disappointed with the experience. I was given a kart that clearly had performance issues and struggled to pick up speed compared to the others. What frustrated me the most was that the staff refused to acknowledge the problem when it was pointed out. No one expects perfection, but accepting genuine feedback is important. A little accountability and customer understanding can go a long way, especially when people spend their time and money to come here. Unfortunately, the lack of concern for customer experience left a bad impression. Literally it was not picking up the speed at all, acceptance is the best key to retain the customers.Read More
