Had an absolute blast at BOUNCE Inc Bengaluru. The trampoline arena is huge, and zones like the Slam Dunk and cliff jump keep your adrenaline pumping the entire time. It is an incredible full-body workout disguised as pure entertainment—perfect for both kids and adults.The staff is super supportive, making sure everyone stays safe while having fun. Went for bounce happiness party 4 hours unlimited jump time and unlimited food at 999rs. Only complaint is that on the website it was mentioned that Pav bhaji, veg AND non veg pasta will be provided but they only served pasta, noodles, coke, and water. Could update the flyers next time.Read More

​Dear Management Team, ​I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the service and inconsistent safety enforcement my family experienced during our recent visit to your trampoline park. ​As a loyal customer who has happily hosted three birthday parties at your venue, I was deeply taken aback by the partial treatment and high-handed attitude displayed by your staff. ​My concern centers around the selective application of your safety and height restrictions: ​Inconsistent Safety Standards: During private birthday parties, underweight or shorter children are routinely permitted access to certain activity areas. However, during regular public hours, children of the exact same height and profile are restricted from entering those identical areas under the guise of "security measures." ​Flawed Supervision Logic: When questioned, staff asserted that party guests are safely supervised by a dedicated host. In reality, the actual supervisor-to-child ratio during these events is roughly 1:20, which contradicts the claim of enhanced safety. ​If an activity poses a legitimate safety risk for a child of a specific height, that risk exists universally. Safety parameters should be absolute, not compromised during paid events to maximize revenue, nor strictly enforced during regular hours simply to manage crowd control. ​This inconsistent policy creates an incredibly disappointing experience for children who visit with specific expectations based on their past visits.
