Resort is good but not manage properly. Water is so dirty in pool. Also food quality is not good. And washroom is not clean. We came there yesturday we wre waiting for a pick last 1.5 hours. They told pick up is 9 am but we got pickup by 10.:30 and we stuck in traffic till 1 hours. Driver is told us put the down now bus is there is too much traffic and we reached at resort by walk. I recently visited D Atlantis Water Park with my office team. We were genuinely looking forward to exploring the park, enjoying the rides, and spending quality time together. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The park lacks basic cleanliness and proper maintenance. The water quality was extremely poor—I observed food particles and even insects floating in the water, which made it very uncomfortable and unsafe to use the facilities. Safety & Staff: There was a noticeable absence of trained staff, especially at key attractions like the mat ride. No guidance or safety supervision was provided, which raises serious concerns about visitor safety. Food Quality: The vegetarian food was below average and lacked taste. The non-vegetarian food was relatively better but still only moderately satisfactory. Rooms & Hygiene: The rooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained. For instance, in Room 401, the fan placement was inconvenient, creating a suffocating environment. Additionally, the initially allotted Room 402 was in damaged condition with part of the roof collapsed, and the staff seemed unaware of this issue. Overall Suggestion: I would strongly recommend that the management take immediate steps to improve cleanliness, maintenance, staff training, and overall guest experience. Visitors should carefully consider these factors before planning a visit. I visited D’Atlantic Aquapark Resort, Virar for the first time and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The entire resort felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was seriously lacking everywhere. The resort has very limited rides.. The food quality served was also very poor, and the seating area near the food court had a very bad smell, making it uncomfortable to even sit and eat. The changing rooms were not maintained properly and there were no shower facilities available. Overall, the experience was bad and I would not recommend this resort if looking for cleanness , good quality of food.Read More

The water is so dirty. It is literally milky white in colour. So much chemicals and still watet is dirty. You can feel Slimy growth under your feet. The crowd is bad too. Third grade food quality. The Food Court is right beside where the throw food waste and the smell of the rotten food from previous day spoils the mood. I rarely give low ratings but yup this one deserved it.Read More

The management was the worst. I wouldn't recommend going there even if you get free tickets. A very serious incident happened right in front of our family—someone was brutally beaten over a plastic water gallon, and even the people who tried to stop the fight were being assaulted by the resort staff. They showed no humanity or concern. If you're planning a trip, I strongly suggest choosing another resort. The rides also lacked proper security, so you have to be extremely careful on your own. There was no water available in the rooms, and the staff's language and attitude made it seem like nobody could question or complain about their actions. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone.Read More
