Our stay was great. Room was bug and clean. We had opted for additional matrrss which was also clean and hygienic. The food was also amazing infact they customized a few items and made it kids friendly. We have stayed over night and we enjoyed it a lot. Will recommend it to all. We booked this resort for a weekday family staycation, as weekends are usually fully booked. It was one of the best resort experiences we have had. ❤️ We opted for a full-board meal package, and the food and service were excellent. kids and mom truly enjoyed the ambience, which is well designed for both senior citizens and children. The only area for improvement is internal navigation. Since the resort is quite large and there is no internal transport, it took us around 15–20 minutes to find our room as first-time visitors. More signboards or better guidance from security staff would make the experience even smoother. Overall, a wonderful family getaway and a place we would love to visit again! ❤️Read More

Lots of potential, but severely lacking in maintenance and upkeep The route to the resort was decent, making for an easy arrival. Once there, the property showed that it has established activities and plenty of scope to be a great resort, but it is currently let down by poor maintenance across the board. Food & Beverages: * Breakfast: Disappointing. The samosas offered were typical readymade Haldirams samosas that lacked good taste, and the welcome drink was just Tang. * Lunch: Good overall, though the moong dal halwa wasn't good. * Hi-Tea: A bright spot—it was good, featuring tasty sandwiches and elaichi tea. Activities & Amenities: * Water Features: The water park, swimming pool, and pond were all poorly maintained. * Adventure Activities: Features like tree climbing were not maintained at all. While the resort has established activities set up, they are being left to deteriorate. Hygiene & Grounds: * Cleanliness: Major issues here. The lawn had dog waste lying around, and stray dogs were running freely in between guest areas. With serious improvements to property maintenance, hygiene protocols, and food quality for breakfast, this place could easily turn into a great getaway destination.Read More

It was an incredible experience! The kids had an absolute blast. The water was crystal clean, surrounded by lush greenery that made the place even more refreshing. The water rides were super fun and perfectly kid-friendly, with non-slippery grounds adding to the safety. The food was delicious, making the entire visit truly memorable. The only downside was the rain dance area—it needed better cleanliness, and the floor was quite slippery, which took away from the experience.Read More
