Pacific Mall in NSP is a really nice place to visit for shopping, food, or just spending some relaxed time. The mall has a good mix of brands and the food court has plenty of choices for all tastes. The ambience is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. One thing that really stands out is the creative themes they display from time to time. When I visited, they had a beautiful peacock theme with a peacock palace, fountains, flowers, and inlaid peacocks. It looked amazing and added a special touch to the visit. They also offer valet parking for around ₹300. The good thing is that they take care of parking, and you don’t have to pay again at the exit because it’s all covered in that amount. Very convenient, especially when the mall gets busy. Overall, it’s a good spot for family outings, casual visits, and weekend plans. Worth visiting. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆Read More

Pacific Mall NSP Pitampura is one of the best shopping and hangout spots in the area. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-organized with a great mix of fashion brands, lifestyle stores, and entertainment options. The food court has plenty of choices, and the seating area is comfortable even during busy hours. The ambiance is modern and lively, making it a perfect place to spend time with friends or family. Parking is convenient, security is well-managed, and overall the experience is smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a top spot in North West Delhi for shopping and leisure.Read More

I’ve spent multiple weekends here with family and friends. Here’s the unfiltered breakdown: *1. Location & Accessibility: 5/5* Biggest win. *Directly connected to Netaji Subhash Place Metro Station* on Pink + Red Line. You step out of the metro and you’re inside the mall. No autos, no traffic. For car users, basement parking is available, though it gets chaotic on weekends. Valet parking ~₹300 if you don’t want the hassle. *2. Brands & Shopping: 4/5* Good mix of mid to premium brands. You’ll find *Adidas, Puma, Bata, Crocs, Jack & Jones, Louis Philippe, Being Human, Calvin Klein, Westside, Trends, W, Samsonite, Reliance Digital, Dockers, Meena Bazaar* etc. Not as luxe as Select Citywalk or Ambience, but covers all daily shopping needs. Amazon Electronics and Dayal Opticals are handy too. *3. Food & Dining: 4/5* Strong food court + standalone restaurants. Options include *McDonalds, Taco Bell, Mamagoto, Café Delhi Heights, Café Chennai, Café Sandoz, Gola Sizzlers* and more. Price range from quick bites to sit-down meals. Mother Dairy kiosk is there, though quality can be hit-or-miss. *4. Entertainment: 4.5/5* - *Cinepolis Cinemas*: 4.4 rated with 5000+ reviews. Recliner seats, good sound, “Foovies” food menu. Weekend shows sell out fast. - *Funky Island*: Kids play area + arcade - *Bowling alley*: Good for groups You can easily spend 4-5 hours here combining movie + food + shopping. *5. Ambience & Crowd* - *Weekdays*: Peaceful, good AC, clean washrooms. Great for shopping without rush. - *Weekends*: Packed. Lifts get crowded, parking takes time. “Hopeless parking” and “hopeless lifts” are real complaints. - *Mall design*: Modern, well-lit atrium. Not huge, but layout is easy to navigate. *6. What’s Good* 1. *Metro connectivity*: Best mall in North Delhi for public transport users 2. *All-in-one*: Movie + shopping + food + kids play in one place 3. *Brand variety*: Covers fashion, electronics, footwear, bags for middle-class families 4. *Central AC*: Lifesaver in Delhi summers *7. What Needs Work* 1. *Parking/Lifts*: Nightmare on weekends. FastTag often doesn’t work, cash only. Lifts slow 2. *Management*: Some visitors call it “stupid management” during peak hours 3. *Not for luxury shoppers*: If you want Zara, H&M, or high-end brands, this isn’t the mall 4. *Food court seating*: Gets tight during lunch/dinner hours *Verdict: 4/5 for North/West Delhi residents* If you live in Pitampura, Rohini, Shalimar Bagh, or nearby, Pacific Mall NSP is your go-to weekend spot. It’s not the fanciest mall in Delhi, but it’s *practical, metro-connected, and family-friendly*. You won’t get ultra-luxury vibes, but you will get convenience. *Pro Tips:* 1. Go on weekday afternoons for stress-free shopping 2. Book Cinepolis tickets online to skip queues 3. Use metro if visiting on weekends to avoid parking drama 4. Try Café Delhi Heights or Mamagoto if you want sit-down dining.Read More

This mall is built directly on top of a metro station, which makes the connectivity amazing. It’s inside the NSP station, a major interchange between the Pink and Red lines, so getting here is extremely convenient. The mall itself is quite nice and has all the usual shops. The food court is spread out between the basement and the ground floor, which is a bit different but works fine. Parking is available on the first floor and even on the seventh floor, which is unusual compared to other malls. Overall, a good and unique mall setup with excellent accessibility.Read More
