Visited this place at night during an offer, so I had to wait about an hour to grt the discounted rate. The place is pretty big (30–40+ PCs), but there was only one staff member managing everything. He was clearly trying his best, but because of that, things were slow and it took a long time to get my game running. I tried the car simulator setup (steering, pedals, triple monitors). I wanted to play Forza Horizon 5, but it wouldn’t load at first, so I was asked to try F1 instead. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The simulator didn’t feel properly configured—the force feedback was way too aggressive, the monitor quality wasn’t great, and overall it felt very unrealistic. When Forza finally opened, the steering had a huge dead zone, making it almost unplayable. The staff wasn’t very familiar with fixing the settings, and I ended up adjusting things myself, which used up my playtime. He did give me some extra time, though. Overall, the staff tried their best and the place has potential, but poor simulator setup and lack of staff really affected the experience. Hopefully they improve this in the future.Read More

Visited the gaming Guild twice with my family members and frnds. Tried the f1 simulator loved the experience. The force feed back on the simulator was good. There were 3 racing sims. 2 were simagic and the other was Logitech. We tried the simagic one. Cost was 800 per hour on weekdays and 1100 per hour on weekends. There are around 30+ pc's here which had latest games. For food there is menu like pizzas , French fries and rice bowls etc. We had chicken pizza🍕 and loved the taste of it. Overall we really enjoyed the gaming expertise and taste. Good place to hangout on weekends.Read More

lowk had a really bad experience here. The simulation rig was so shit and the person who was setting it up didnt know anything abt the rig. We faced so many issues when starting out with the rig, the accelerator pedal wasnt working, the game was taking too long to load. We paid for 30mins of gameplay but due to these stupid issues, we lost 10 minutes and were not compensated with extra time. The person who was there at the front desk gave us the most irresponsible excuse ever stating that as we paid for 30mins we get 35mins and he told us to adjust. Why the hell should i pay 750rs for not getting the time i was promised? These cheap people charged me 10rs for a 5rs lolipop. This place has got to be a joke, simply charging premium prices cause they are located in banjara hills.Read More

Gamers Guild(Banjara hills) has some of the best gaming PCs I've used, and the hygiene standards are top-notch. The food quality is also good. In fact, I genuinely believe this has the potential to be the best gaming cafe in Hyderabad. However, there are a few issues that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. First, vaping inside the gaming area seems to be allowed or at least not enforced against. I've personally witnessed this multiple times. It affects the environment for other customers and should be addressed. Second, the attentiveness of the front desk staff needs improvement. On several occasions, I felt that new customers were not being given proper attention. I understand the cafe gets crowded, but being busy shouldn't come at the cost of customer service. To be fair, this issue only applies to some staff members; others have been decent and helpful. My biggest concern is the peripherals, especially the HyperX mouse. I've experienced and observed multiple cases where the mouse disconnects randomly, or the scroll wheel doesn't work properly. I'm writing this review because I see a lot of potential in this place. I've visited more than 15 gaming cafes across Hyderabad, and Gamers Guild stands out as the one with the most potential to become the number one gaming cafe in the city. Addressing these issues and maintaining consistent customer service would make a huge difference. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as it's intended to help improve an already promising gaming cafe. UPDATE : All the concerns I have posted have been solved mostly so I am changing my ratingRead More

My experience at Gamers Guild was good, but not the best. The ambiance and gaming equipment are top-notch, but the prices are relatively high compared to other gaming zones. The PC rates are reasonable, but ₹350 per hour for the PS5 feels excessive. Additionally, the staff was charging extra over the MRP under the pretext of SOP. However, I would still recommend giving it a try—you won’t be disappointed.Read More
