A wonderful experience for kids! Took my daughter to Giggles and Joy Play Area and we were both thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place is designed with genuine care for little ones. Play equipment: The play equipment is fantastic — well-maintained, colourful, and covers a great range for different age groups. My daughter especially loved the ball pit and the slides, and there was zero waiting time to hop onto any ride, which made the whole visit stress-free. Staff & hygiene: The staff were attentive and warm without being intrusive — always keeping an eye out for the kids' safety while letting them play freely. Hygiene standards were clearly a priority too; the play area and equipment looked freshly sanitised, and the washrooms were clean throughout our visit. Food/cafe area: The little cafe area was a pleasant surprise — decent variety, freshly made, and reasonably priced. It was nice to be able to relax with a coffee while keeping an eye on the play zone. Value for money: Given the quality of equipment, hygiene, and overall experience, the pricing felt very fair. No hidden charges, and the time we got for the price was generous. Birthday party setup: We also got a peek at their birthday party setup, and it looked brilliantly organised — themed decor, dedicated space, and a team that clearly has this down to a science. Already considering it for Riihanna's next birthday! Overall, a lovely, well-run play area that I'd happily recommend to any parent. Will definitely be back!Read More

We had the best experience at Giggles & Joy! My kids had an amazing time playing, exploring, and enjoying all the activities. Giggle and Joy – A Perfect Play Haven for Kids & Parents! I took my niece to Giggle and Joy last weekend, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The place is super clean, with wide, open play areas that give kids plenty of space to explore and have fun. It’s one of the most well-maintained play zones I’ve seen! What really stood out was the excellent lounge area for adults—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing while the kids play. Plus, the food quality is top-notch! They maintain very high hygiene standards, which is a huge plus. And to top it all off, the staff is incredibly humble and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
