1 star for the highly unprofessional conduct of some staff members managing this place. Their behaviour towards children is, at times, unacceptable. Kids come here to enjoy themselves and participate in the activities provided, and it is the staff’s responsibility to ensure that no child misses out on the experience. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. On 24th May 2026, I visited this place with my daughter and once again witnessed the same lack of professionalism. Certain activities were skipped at the staff’s discretion. When questioned, they casually justified it by saying the place was “a bit crowded.” However, the reality was quite different, some staff members appeared more occupied with their mobile phones than attending to the children. Such negligence reflects poorly on customer service standards. Staff members should be more responsible, attentive, and honest in carrying out their duties, especially in a place meant for children’s enjoyment.Read More

We recently hosted a birthday party at Jumping Kingdom, and it was a stress-free, memorable experience from start to finish. The Play Area: The setup is fantastic. It's incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The variety of attractions kept all the kids fully engaged the entire time-from the trampolines and foam pits to the dedicated soft play area for the younger ones. It was great to see the kids burning off so much energy in a safe environment. The catering was a hit with both the kids and the adults. The food was fresh, tasty, and served right on time. It really made the planning side of things much easier not having to worry about organizing separate arrangements, Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a fun and hassle-free kids' party!Read More

​We recently celebrated kid's 3rd birthday here and it was a phenomenal experience! ​The venue is incredibly spacious and clean. The kids absolutely loved the variety of attractions—especially the kids zone, trampolines, or soft play area for younger ones. It kept them fully entertained and burning off energy for the full session. ​The party area was well-arranged, and the host/staff did a wonderful job keeping the schedule moving smoothly. A special shoutout to Anchal and staff who took great care of the children and ensured everything was safe. The food served was fresh, kid-friendly, and enjoyed by both the children and the adults we invited. ​Planning a birthday here took away all the typical stress of hosting.
