We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday at Kaboom, and it was an amazing experience! The kids had a fantastic time playing and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The decorations were lovely (Kpop theme), the staff was extremely supportive and helpful, and the food was also really good. Kaboom is my daughter's go to zone for fun and entertainment. The play zone is well designed to handle toddlers and kids. The staff is friendly and responsible. For parents kaboom is a place where a perfect birthday party can be conducted. The decoration, the food, the support staff everything is just perfect . We have had two birthday party of my daughter at kaboom and both parties were organized beyond expectation. I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at Kaboom, Seasons Mall. My wife entered the store only to escort our kids, but the staff insisted that she must purchase adult socks. This felt completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. Customers should not be forced or pressured to purchase an additional simply because they are accompanying their children. I request the management to look into this issue and provide proper guidance to the staff on how to treat customers respectfully. Such behavior can create a very negative impression of the brand. Very poor customer experience. I would not recommend this store unless the staff behaviour improves.Read More

A good play area which is reasonable than other expensive ones near it. The place is specifically recommended for hosting kids birthday parties. Where kids can enjoy play as well as the entire food is arranged by the team. Make sure just to know the guest list properly so as to avoid food wastage. Also yes tell all the kids to get sox before hand else you will have to buy a very expensive one for 300😂Read More
