Visited the play area on 4th May around 6:30 PM and had a very disappointing experience. 1. The staff members were misbehaving in the play area — lying down, play-fighting, and occupying space meant for children. This is highly unprofessional and unsafe. I’ve attached a video as proof, and I’d recommend checking your CCTV footage from that time. 2. There was no air circulation in the entire facility. It was suffocating, and even after repeatedly informing the reception, fans were not turned on. This made it extremely uncomfortable for both kids and parents. 3. Most concerning of all, an electrical wire for a rotating play equipment was left exposed. If there’s even a minor cut or leak, it could lead to a serious accident. This level of negligence in a kids’ play area is unacceptable. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these safety and operational issues.Read More

The play area updated now with a very complicated payment method- a separate card with minimum Rs.500 top up and Rs. 100 for the card(which is not refundable). The manager of the area is rude and it lost its old charm.Read More
