Worst is the word. I went there yesterday with my wife and my 5 year old daughter. We have returned tanned. Our body is still burning. I had to give my wife 5000 for beauty parlour. Dirty, unhygenic water. They shut down everything during lunch time. We are scared to go to any water park. Although I have been to great escape multiple times, but never felt like this.Read More

Yesterday, we visited the resort, and based on our overall experience, the resort was not satisfactory. There are several areas that need improvement: 1. Food varieties should be improved, as there were very limited options. 2. There was no proper rest area available for guests. 3. No children’s play area was available. 4. The water seemed to contain too many chemicals, which affected my face. 5. The washroom/showroom was not clean and hygiene needs improvement. Overall, the experience was not good, and we hope these areas will be improved in the future.Read More

As compared in virar location...resort are not good as compared to other resorts.. price and quality...... 1. water slide 2.tube slide .. other ride some time not working..... They start in specific time duration...... after launch 12:50 pm to 3 clock all water activities are closed and clearness issue in wave pool ..kids pool....Read More

Visited during the summer season and overall it was a decent experience. The waterpark was very crowded, so the waiting time for rides was quite long, almost 30 minutes for many rides. If you’re visiting on weekends or during vacations, be prepared for huge crowds. One good thing was that they had separate seating areas for veg and non-veg food. Breakfast included poha, misal pav, and chai, but honestly the breakfast was average. The misal was too spicy, especially considering kids also eat there, so they should keep the spice level balanced. Lunch was much better and tasty. The non-veg menu included chicken curry, chicken chilly, rice, dal tadka, salad, puri, and pav. Evening tea was also provided. Overall, the place is fun for a family outing, but crowd management and food quality during breakfast definitely need improvement.Read More

I was extremely disappointed with the resort. The biggest issue was the cleanliness—everything was dirty, and the staff just wasn't managing it. People were smoking and drinking in public areas. The dining experience was also terrible; we had to stand in line and wait under the hot sun for three hours to get food, and the whole process felt chaotic and poorly organized. The food tasted like something from a free community event. Also, the slides in the resort were not working at all—they were dirty, not usable, and in the afternoon they shut them down for two hours. We expected a new, well-maintained resort, but the facilities and management were far below expectations. On arrival we also lost about an hour and a half just for the ticket form — we had to take a form, fill it out, and then wait while staff processed our details. The activities and enjoyment we had planned never happened; instead we left disappointed. To make matters worse, there were no transport facilities available when we left — no autos, no buses, nothing — as if nobody had considered guests' exit arrangements. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Read More
