⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst trampoline park experience I have ever had. I visited the trampoline park at Masti Zone, Amara City, with my wife and young son, expecting a safe and enjoyable outing. Instead, it turned into a dangerous and painful experience. The trampoline area is in a pathetic and shockingly neglected condition. The safety padding is torn apart, springs are exposed, wooden structures are visible, and several sections are damaged. My foot got trapped in one of these gaps, causing me to fall badly and suffer a painful injury. The level of pain I experienced is beyond words. What is even more disturbing is that these hazards appear to have been ignored for a long time. I have photographs and videos clearly showing the broken padding, exposed springs, and unsafe structures. This is not normal wear and tear—it is gross negligence. After informing the staff about the incident, I expected at least a sincere apology or immediate action to prevent someone else from getting hurt. Instead, they showed complete indifference. No concern, no accountability, no warning signs, and no effort to restrict access to the unsafe area. They simply left everything as it was, allowing the next child or visitor to face the same risk. If you value your family's safety, do not let your children use the trampoline area. You may enjoy the other attractions, but the trampoline section is an accident waiting to happen unless it is completely repaired and properly maintained. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any place that claims to provide family entertainment. Safety should never be compromised, and based on my experience, this facility has failed in its most basic responsibility.Read More

Masti Zone is located on the third floor, and while there is a lift facility, it’s still a bit of a task carrying kids on the lap. A few of the machines were not working during my visit, and honestly, the charges for some games don’t feel fully justified compared to the experience. Also, the entire third floor is still under construction, which takes away a little from the overall vibe. That being said, it’s still a good place near Kharar to spend a couple of minutes with kids and family. With better maintenance of machines and a bit more attention to facilities, it could become a fantastic hangout spot.
