1. Players must be at least 10 years old to participate in the experience.

2. Individuals with vision in one eye are welcome and able to play.

3. Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to play. No refund or credit will be issued in such cases.

4. Our experiences are generally not suitable for individuals who are:

- Pregnant

- Require assistance with mobility

- Deaf or hearing impaired

- Blind

- Have a heart condition

5. The experience may trigger seizures, fainting, or dizziness, even in individuals with no prior history. Players with a history of epilepsy, seizures, or related symptoms are strongly advised to consult a medical professional before participating.

How many people can play the multiplayer VR Free Roam experience together?

Can I wear glasses while playing VR games?

We strongly recommend wearing contact lenses for the experience, as our headsets will not fit large frames due to limited space between the eyes and VR lenses. Small framed glasses can be worn with the headsets.

The gaming sessions are booked back-to-back, so you must arrive on time. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to check in and commence your experience on time.
If you arrive late, you will not receive a credit or refund.
