Is it suitable for all ages?

The participant must be at least 10 years old to enjoy the game. Players under 10 must be accompanied by at least two playing adults. There is no upper age limit and we welcome all.

How many players can play the game at once?

Accepted Answer

Each of our game rooms permits a group of 2-8 players at a time. The recommended group size is 4, 5 or 6 people for maximum fun.

Do I need to book in advance?

We really recommend advance booking to make sure you get your preferred game and time slot.

What are the timings for Mystery Rooms?

Every centre has specific timings. Please visit your preferred location page on District and check with their schedule.

Question 5

How long does the entire experience take?

Accepted Answer

The entire experience takes around 90 minutes. The game challenges you to escape in 60 minutes or less from the time you enter the room. You must arrive at least 15 minutes earlier, allowing extra time for instructions and briefing.

What should I bring with me?

Your inner detective, for once! The answers to the clues, riddles, puzzles and mysteries are all in the room. Just apply deductive reasoning and logic to escape. It is the smartest, not the strongest, who escapes faster.

What happens if we get stuck in the game?

We are good people so don't worry! Each group gets a dedicated game master to play with you. He will assist you in finding the inner hero in you.

Are cell phones allowed?

The use of mobile phones is not permitted during the game. The players are required to deposit their mobiles, to be kept in the lockers, before entering the room. Cameras or other electronic devices and tools are also strictly prohibited in the rooms.

What happens if I arrive late?

Since these are live games and we have limited slots, it is important for you to arrive on time. If you are late, the game still starts on time without you. You get to play for whatever time is left for your session. We advise you to be well in time and enjoy other entertainment facilities offered in Mystery Rooms like pool table, PlayStations, etc.

Do I need to know Math/Science/etc really well to escape the room?

All of our puzzles can be solved with basic logic and teamwork using clues within the room. Though knowledge of trivia may help shortcut the process, we designed the game to be a test of fluid intelligence and teamwork rather than creating puzzles with answers that are obscure. This isn't Jeopardy!

You have 60 minutes to find your way out. If not, the door will open exactly after 60 minutes. Can you customize the game for special occasions?

Yes, we can plan birthday surprises, love proposals, get-togethers, corporate events etc. Further details can be discussed with the venue.
