Obaid
Obaid is a stand-up comedian from Ajman with over four years on UAE stages, performing at the Abu Dhabi Comedy Season and the Dubai Comedy Festival. Earlier this year he took his act to New York, worked the open mic circuit the hard way, and documented the whole thing in his YouTube series "Obaid vs New York." His comedy is dry and deadpan, with a logic that feels slightly off from the rest of the world. He says things with a completely straight face that make you wonder how he got there, and then you laugh because somehow it all makes sense.
