Table XII presents Pasta Shop: Chef vs Sommelier, a nine-course pasta and wine experience travelling through Italy, one plate and one glass at a time.

Chef Goku, a Michelin-trained chef, food researcher and culinary storyteller, takes pasta beyond the familiar, exploring handmade shapes, ancient preparations, regional flavours and contemporary interpretations.

Across the table, Reshma Lobo, founder of Saké Whisperer and Bushidou Spirit, brings the wine. Each glass is carefully chosen to complement or contrast what’s on the plate, making every course a little conversation between pasta and wine.
