Pippi Funzone is one of the better indoor play areas we've visited. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of attendants actively supervising the kids. There is a great mix of activities including slides, ball pits, trampolines, and a dedicated area for younger children. A big plus is the excellent air conditioning and airflow throughout the space, which keeps it comfortable even when it's busy. They also provide drinking water for kids, which is a thoughtful touch. The in-house café is another highlight. The food quality is surprisingly good, with enough options for both kids and adults. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but that's to be expected from an establishment of this size, quality, and upkeep. Overall, it's a safe, fun, and comfortable place for children to burn off energy while parents can relax knowing there is good supervision. Highly recommended for families with young kids.Read More

The play area is really good and it has variety of activities to involve kids. The two things that could have been better is cleanliness and food. The whole area was covered with dust and mud. This is the worst play area i have been to with my toddler and for so many reasons: 1. Has just 1 washroom for staff, adult visitors and kids. JUST 1. 2. The staff is rude and highly irresponsible. Also the staff to kids ratio is way off. There are many areas where there isn’t even a single staff present. 3. No clear signage as to the age limit for kids for the specific slides. My toddler almost fell off the high slide as there was no one present. If I wasn’t going after her everywhere, she would have fallen off the slide and had a huge accident and still instead of apologising and admitting their mistake the staff including the receptionist were rude and putting blame on us. There was a kid who got hurt in-front of us and was just moved away quickly. 4. There are areas on the lower side of the jungle gym where there are broken wooden pieces just lying around. 5. The place isn’t maintained AND SEVERAL AREAS ARE NOT CLEAN AND THINGS ARE BROKEN OR MISSING!! ALL IN ALL THERE ARE FAR BETTER AND SAFER PLACES IN LUCKNOW TO TAKE YOUR KIDS TO.Read More
