Want to take a moment to share some feedback and express our heartfelt thanks for hosting my son’s 5th birthday party recently. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! A special shout-out goes to our host, Sanjana, who did an incredible job keeping the energy high and making sure everything ran smoothly. Please also extend our gratitude to the rest of the staff for their flawless organization, attentiveness, and support throughout the event. A Birthday Celebration We’ll Remember for Years ❤️ We celebrated our kid’s 5th birthday at Play N Learn (Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai) on 17-May, and it genuinely turned out to be one of the most fun, seamless & memorable celebrations for both kids and parents alike ❤️ From the planning stage to the final goodbye, the entire team made the experience feel effortless. A huge shoutout to Sanjana, the party manager, along with Pranjali, Pramila & the entire party crew for being incredibly warm, patient, energetic & hands-on throughout. The kids had an absolute blast, and everything was managed so smoothly that we as parents could actually relax and enjoy the celebration too. A very special mention to Chef Kamalaker and the F&B team — the food was honestly outstanding. Every single item served was fresh, super tasty & surprisingly good for a kids’ party venue. Our guests kept going back for seconds and constantly complimented the food through the evening! What truly stood out though was the warmth & hospitality of the entire staff. Everyone was smiling, helpful, attentive & genuinely invested in making the day special for our kid and all our guests. Best play area I’ve ever visited and it completely deserves the very high ratings it has. It’s a vast play area with limitless options for kids to play. Situated inside the mall it’s pricing is reasonable, I’ve seen many such play area opportunistically take advantage of parents need for peace and forcing high upfront payment while being expensive. This is the opposite , they dont force anything and their packages for 5 sessions and higher are genuinely value. You get a lot of play area for the price. The food in the restaurant inside is very good being inside a kids play area and not an excuse to overcharge. Your kids wont realise how 2 hours passed here and you won’t realise it either. The management is near perfect and you get automated lockers to store your bags. Must visit if you have kids.Read More
