At Rannaghor, we’re interested in what happens when food becomes a meeting point for cultures, histories, and ideas. Our kitchen draws deeply from Bengal, while looking outward to techniques, influences, and culinary voices from across India and beyond.
For our next six-hands collaboration, we welcome Chef Ali Akbar of Slink & Bardot for two special nights, bringing his Bohri heritage into conversation with our Bengal perspective.
On September 4 & 5, Chef Ali Akbar will take over the kitchen alongside our resident head chefs/partners, Avinandan and Koyel, for a tasting menu shaped by three distinct approaches to food.
A coming together of Bohri and Bengali influences, interpreted through three chefs and their shared curiosity.
