I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the remarkable hospitality provided by our party host, Mr. Ankur, during my child's birthday celebration on 11-Jul-2026. This was our second year celebrating at Skyjumpers, and our first experience in 2025 truly set the standard, leading us to choose the same venue again this year. Mr. Ankur and Manager Mr. Munish ensured everything was perfectly organized and in place, which made our celebration stress-free and enjoyable. This is the ultimate indoor fun and adventure place for kids and adults alike. Ideal for hosting kids birthday parties, school trips and also for teenagers get togethers. They have a massive area dedicated to trampoline, laser tag, bowling alley and a soft play area that includes ball pool for small kids. The trampoline area is 490 and 690 Rs for 30 and 60 minutes on weekdays and 690 and 890 for weekends. The soft play area is 390 and 590 for 30 min and 60 min respectively for weekdays and 490 and 690 for weekends. Both the areas is adequately staffed and supervised so it's quite safe... They have a cafe for food... plus you can arrange unlimited food for your parties and gatherings. The food is quite tasty.. The staff in the cafeteria is a bit slow and they were reluctant to provide cutlery and plates for serving.. It's a nice play area with sufficient and efficient staff. We went to enjoy the trampoline park which was huge as compared to the Saket park, though the Gurgaon one remains the biggest one. We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at SkyJumper Faridabad with a group of 15 kids, and it was a high-energy experience! The kids had an absolute blast jumping in the trampoline park and competing in laser tag. The activities themselves are top-notch and kept everyone entertained and active. While the fun factor was definitely there, I have a few suggestions for the management to make the experience even better for birthday parties: * Increase the Time Slot: While the activities are great, a birthday is also a family get-together. It felt a bit rushed. We would suggest increasing the time slots slightly to allow families to actually enjoy the "together" aspect of the event without feeling like they are constantly racing to the next activity. * Dedicated Group Time: It was difficult to find a moment where we could all be together as a group to celebrate. * Photo Opportunities: We were so busy managing the kids that we barely got any photos! It would be amazing if the staff could take some candid shots or group photos during the session and share them on their social media handles or with the hosts. It adds a great personal touch and helps us preserve the memories. Overall, a great place for kids to burn off energy, but a little more focus on the "celebration" side of things would make it perfect!Read More
