I had a lovely experience with my kid the very first time we visited. However, after multiple visits, I feel differently. It often seems like the staff is tired or not enjoying their work. Also, if a parent tries to join in and play a little with their young child, the staff immediately points out that it is not allowed. It’s difficult to explain to a small child why something is allowed for them but not even once for their parent. It takes away from the overall experience. Just a suggestion to the management: either ensure the staff engages more positively with the kids, or allow parents to participate a little so families can truly enjoy their time together.Read More
