Poorly managed, unprofessional behavior, jackets clothes were dirty and torned , gloves were very bad smell . Of you kids less than 3 years old they don’t have proper jackets. Staffs were playing themselves instead of helping guests on different rides available on skating floor, they will not help you to enjoy, It’s complete waste of money, Management should replace all kinds of customesRead More

The place is good for one time visit. The staff is warm and courteous. Better to go with a group to enjoy the place. They provide only jackets, gloves and shoes, so ensure you're wearing full bottoms. If you're taking babies with you, ensure they're fully covered for a cold weather as they don't have clothes for small children. Overall its a good place to go with your family and friends.Read More
