For our next Sunday Rituals, Chef Ansab Khan of Burma Burma is putting together a completely new menu inspired by the flavours and dishes he’s discovered along the way including a few being served in Bangalore for the first time.

Think Shiitake & Tea Leaf Thoke, Grilled Tofu Skewers, Shan State Khowsuey, Mandalay Sundae and more.

And because it’s SOKA, we’ve been playing around at the bar too :) A special zero-proof cocktail menu made with the Burma Burma team, built to go with the food.
