Took the kid to Smaash and it was a solid win for a family afternoon. Games & Activities: Good mix of arcade games, VR experiences, bowling, and cricket simulators. Facilities: Place was clean and well maintained. Staff were quick to help when a game jammed and kept the floors free of clutter. Lots of seating for parents and the AC was strong, which matters on a hot day. Food & Pricing: Game card system is easy to use and you can track balance. Prices are what you’d expect for an arcade — not cheap, but in line with similar spots. Food court had basic snacks and drinks. Pizza was fine, fries were hot. Vibe: Energetic without being chaotic. Weekend evenings get busy, so weekday afternoons are better if you want shorter lines. Verdict: Great for 1-2 hours of fun. Kids would love the area due to numerous engaging games. Had an amazing experience at Smaah Gaming Arcade Zone! The arcade has a great atmosphere, the games are well maintained, and everything was running smoothly. A special shoutout to Manish, who was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. He made sure we understood the games, assisted us whenever we needed help, and made the overall experience even more enjoyable. His customer service is genuinely top-notch.
