Our experience with SuperCo was unfortunately quite disappointing and, more importantly, felt quite unprofessional. We were exploring a private cabin for around 4–5 people and visited the space personally. During the visit, we were shown a particular cabin/space that we genuinely liked. However, that space was already occupied by an existing tenant. We were informed that there were some ongoing internal/payment-related issues with the current tenant and that we would receive a confirmation regarding the availability of the space once the matter was resolved. Based on this communication, we remained interested and waited for their confirmation. We were kept in the queue for almost three days, expecting a clear update on whether the space would be allotted to us. Eventually, we were informed that the existing tenant would be continuing and therefore the space was no longer available. The issue is not that the existing tenant decided to continue. That is completely understandable and is an internal matter between SuperCo and their tenant. The disappointing part is how the entire situation was communicated and managed from the beginning. If the space was still occupied and its availability was dependent on an unresolved matter with the existing tenant, it should ideally not have been presented to a prospective customer as a potential option until there was reasonable clarity. At the very least, it should have been communicated very clearly from the start that the probability of availability was uncertain and that we should not rely on it while making our decision. We were also told that SuperCo is quite rigid when it comes to payments, policies, and such matters. Personally, I actually consider that a positive thing. A coworking space should have proper policies and should enforce them consistently. However, the same level of professionalism and clarity should also reflect in the way prospective customers are handled. If there is an unresolved dispute or uncertainty regarding an occupied space, prospective clients should not be made to wait for days based on something that has not been confirmed internally. When someone is looking for an office space, timelines matter. Businesses may be evaluating multiple properties, planning team movement, comparing commercials, and making operational decisions. Keeping a prospective customer waiting for three days for a space that was never actually confirmed to be available can affect those decisions and also means losing time that could have been spent evaluating other options. To be clear, we liked the space that was shown to us, and this review is not about the infrastructure or the concept of the coworking space. Our disappointment is specifically with the communication, expectation-setting, and overall handling of the situation. A much more professional approach would have been to simply say: “This cabin is currently occupied and we do not have confirmation that it will become available, so please consider it only as a reference. We will show you confirmed available options in the meantime.” That would have been completely fair and transparent. Unfortunately, the way this particular situation was handled left us with a poor first impression. For a professionally managed coworking space, I would expect better internal coordination, clearer communication, and more respect for a prospective client’s time. I hope SuperCo takes this feedback constructively and improves the process of showing and committing spaces to prospective customers, especially when the availability depends on an unresolved matter with an existing tenant.Read More
