Had such a fun time at Game Palacio! We went for bowling and the whole experience was amazing. The vibe, music, lighting, and overall atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. Good food (although quite expensive even after district and eazy diner discounts), they have limited alcohol options in stock. The place is clean and nice, with black gold aesthetic. The service is extremely slow and most of the times you'll have to call a waiter 3-4 times before he actually comes to take your order. Chargeable socks for bowling is a stupid rule. Visited with a corporate group of 12 people. Honestly, the gaming section and bowling were the best part of the experience - really well maintained and a lot of fun. The food, however, was quite disappointing. The chilli chicken was extremely deep fried, to the point where it felt hard and dry. The quesadilla was also very oily. I even ended up having pretty bad heartburn after I got home, which wasn't great. Service was a bit confusing too. We had both dal makhani and pasta included as vegetarian options in our package, but the server seemed unaware of this and was only offering pasta to the vegetarian guests. We had to point it out ourselves. Another issue was the lounge area. The AC didn't seem to be working properly and the place felt stuffy for most of the evening. I usually go to the Game Palacio in Noida, but tried the Ansal Plaza one for the first time and honestly loved it! The vibe is super cool and premium. Bowling lanes are fewer, but the setup looks amazing. The arcade area is great fun (even hit the Jackpot on Pinball ). Food and drinks were really good too.
