I recently visited The Game Palacio and overall it’s a decent place for a fun outing, especially if you’re going with a group. The bowling section is definitely the highlight—well-maintained and enjoyable. It’s the main reason I’d recommend this place if you’re planning a casual outing with friends or family. However, the arcade gaming experience needs improvement. Many of the machines were either not working or didn’t feel engaging enough. Some games seemed to run inconsistently, almost as if they were operating on their own, which takes away from the overall fun factor. The food is average at best—not something you’d specifically come here for. There’s definitely room for improvement in both quality and variety. On the positive side, the venue has ample space and a great ambience, making it suitable for group hangouts or small gatherings. That said, one important suggestion would be to reduce the music volume when groups arrive, as it can get quite loud and makes conversation difficult. Lower volume would really improve the overall group interaction experience. Had an absolute blast visiting Game Palazio at Mall of India, Noida! The vibe here is energetic, modern, and super welcoming. The highlight of our visit was definitely the cricket game. The setup is top-notch and offered a really fun, engaging experience. A special shoutout to Akash from the staff team-he was extraordinarily helpful, guided us through everything seamlessly, and made sure we had a smooth, fun time throughout. His hospitality and great attitude truly elevated our entire experience! Highly recommend checking out Game Palazio if you're in Noida. Will definitely be coming back for another round soon!Read More

SHAME !! SHAME !! SHAME !! Visited tonight and genuinely regretted wasting my money here. The AC wasn’t working at all and the place felt like an oven. It was so hot and suffocating that we couldn’t even enjoy ourselves properly. Absolutely ridiculous for a place charging premium prices. What made it worse was the condition of the bowling shoes — dirty, torn, smelly and clearly not maintained at all. It honestly felt unhygienic. If customers are paying full price, at least provide basic quality and cleanliness. The management seriously needs to step up because this level of service is embarrassing. Completely ruined the experience. Shame on you guys for charging people so much and giving such poor quality in return.Read More

We went only for food which was decent. Not too many options but fine enough. Ambience was good. Music was loud but that is expected at a gaming place. Washroom was not maintained. Games looked fun as well. Good for large gathering. They had games for kids as well. It is located in DLF mall of India, sector 18, Noida, top floor. Paid Parking is available in mall.Read More
