About the tour
UAE – After packed houses and huge demand, The Laughter Factory is bringing live stand-up comedy back to Grand Millennium Hotel Barsha Heights, with another unforgettable night of laughter featuring one of its strongest mixed bills yet. For more than 30 years, The Laughter Factory has built its reputation by introducing UAE audiences to tomorrow and comedy stars long before they become household names. This latest tour continues that tradition with three exceptional acts who are making serious waves on the international comedy circuit. Leading the bill is Ricky Balshaw, one of Britain fastest-rising comedians. A Paralympic Dressage medallist with razor-sharp wit, Ricky transforms stories about living with cerebral palsy into brilliantly crafted stand-up that fearless, self-deprecating and consistently hilarious. Already a favourite at major UK comedy clubs, he widely tipped as one of the next big names in British comedy. Joining him is Tevin Everett, the award-winning American who has quickly become one of the UK most exciting new comics, collecting rave reviews, reaching the final of Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year and earning praise as "definitely one to watch." Back by popular demand, one of the UAE own comedy success stories, Miqdaad Dohadwala. A familiar face to comedy fans across the region, Miqdaad has performed everywhere from theatres to festivals. His smart observational comedy and effortless crowd work have made him one of the Middle East’s most respected stand-up performers. Completing the line-up is the finalist for Survival of the Funniest in 2023, Andrea Brooks has lots of energy, sharp observations and a little self deprecation. Prepare for a ride full of ridiculous honesty and red flags.  It is exactly the kind of line-up The Laughter Factory has become famous for—Four completely different comedic voices, each bringing their own unique style to the stage. In a world where entertainment is increasingly watched alone through a screen, live stand-up offers something far more valuable: shared laughter. Research continues to show that laughing together lowers stress, boosts mood, releases endorphins and strengthens social connection. For a couple of hours, phones stay in pockets, strangers laugh together and everyday worries fade into the background. That's why audiences keep coming back. Whether you are a long-time comedy fan or looking for the perfect night out with friends, The Laughter Factory return to Grand Millennium Hotel Barsha Heights promises another evening packed with huge laughs, world-class talent and the electric atmosphere that only live comedy can deliver.
