We usually don’t respond to such unprofessional and disrespectful comments, but since you've gone out of your way to insult and degrade us publicly—here’s some clarity, for your sake and others reading this. Firstly, yes, we came to your venue to pay for and enjoy a simple game of billiards. We were quoted ₹250 at the counter and paid it without complaint. At no point did we "bargain" or act like we were “in a sabzi mandi” — your own words show the exact tone and bias you carried from the beginning. Secondly, five minutes into our visit, instead of explaining things calmly, you stormed in and began warning us about ₹15,000 fines in a tone that was aggressive and humiliating. You assumed we were irresponsible or incapable based on nothing but judgment and rudeness. That’s not how you talk to paying customers—first-timers or not. If first-timers aren't allowed, that should’ve been mentioned at the counter. It's not our job to guess your policy. And if your equipment is so fragile that you can't allow newcomers, then maybe a public business isn’t the right place for it. You refunded our money—which was the only decent part of the experience. But let’s be clear: you didn't do us a favor. You returned money for a service you didn’t allow us to use. That’s not generosity, it’s basic business ethics. Also, dragging personal comments about our names, finances, and suggesting we eat at “thelas” is not only disrespectful—it’s discriminatory. If you think insulting women who came to your business with respect and money makes you look professional, this reply says more about you than any review ever could. The review we left was honest.
