I am extremely disappointed with the experience at VPLAY Arcade Gaming. My daughter who is autistic, wanted to play in the ball/play area. She is 10 years old and weighs 32 kg, which is well within your stated terms and conditions (minimum age 5 years and maximum weight 40 kg). Despite meeting these criteria, your staff did not allow her. In many game zones, children with special needs like autism are treated with understanding and allowed to enjoy appropriate play areas. It is very disappointing that such basic sensitivity and inclusiveness was missing here. She was not asking to play any big or unsafe games—just a simple activity suitable for her age. What made the experience worse was the behavior of your staff and manager. After about 30 minutes of clay play, while we were leaving, the manager and staff approached me and my daughter rudely, asking if I had given a 1-star rating on Google and telling me to delete my review. I clearly told them I would not delete it, as it is my honest feedback. The situation escalated further when the manager said I cannot take photos and upload them and even instructed his staff to take photos of me and my daughter without our consent. This was extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. I had only taken a picture of the play area and not of any staff member. I had to start recording a video only because they took our photos without our consent and I felt the need to document the situation for our safety. I also had to re-edit my review after this incident. We were shocked to see around 6–7 staff members surrounding and targeting us while my daughter was standing there watching. This deeply affected her mental and emotional state, and we had to leave immediately after seeing her shocked and distressed expression. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, intimidating, and completely unacceptable, especially in a place meant for children and families. For children with autism, such experiences can be very distressing, and instead of showing empathy, your team handled it very poorly. I strongly urge the management to take this matter seriously, properly train their staff to be respectful and sensitive, and ensure that no parent or child is treated this way again. This was a very upsetting experience, and I hope no one else has to go through this.Read More

V play An amazing place locTed at Suchitra x roads in TNR City mall. It's best for kids for entertainment and amusement place. Loaded with lots and lots of rides for kids, like train toy car, dashing car, ball games etc, flight simulator, VFX Rides , horror show etc. Very reasonable rates they have.
