The resort nice and clean. The food is also good but the rice has some diff taste and also the dal is little uncooked. I'm vegetarian so I have tried veg food, the matar paneer sabazi is good and the orange suzi halwa was also good. The slides are also good and well maintained. I had a very disappointing experience at Visava Resort. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and not helpful when assistance was needed. The service was extremely slow and did not meet even basic expectations. The food quality was poor, and many items were not fresh or tasty. For the price charged, the food was far below standard. The dining experience was disappointing. What made the experience worse was the constant arguments and fighting among the staff members. Guests should be able to relax and enjoy their time, but the negative atmosphere created by the staff made the visit uncomfortable and stressful. The resort management needs to focus on staff training, customer service, food quality, and maintaining a professional environment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this resort to others and would not choose to visit again.Read More

Had a really disappointing experience at Visava Resort. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and basic hygiene was clearly ignored. Staff behavior was unprofessional and slow—requests took forever to be addressed. The food quality was below average and definitely not worth the price. Dear Visava Resort Management, I am writing on behalf of a group of 22 people who visited your resort on Sunday, 31st May 2025. We would like to share our experience with the hope that you will take corrective measures for future guests. *1. Mismanagement at Virar Station* The staff handling transportation from Virar station was not coordinated. Different staff members gave conflicting instructions about where to stand and which line to form for the bus. At times, staff members were shouting at guests, which created unnecessary confusion and discomfort. Better training and clear communication protocols would have avoided this situation. *2. Cleanliness and Hygiene* We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the resort. The swimming pool water in particular appeared dirty and unhygienic, raising serious health and safety concerns for all guests. *3. Food Quality* The quality of food served was well below acceptable standards. Several members of our group found it unpalatable, and we are concerned that it could potentially lead to health issues. We regret to inform you that based on this experience, we will not be visiting Visava Resort again. It was totally worthless and our Money spent has been wasted. Further, we cannot recommend your resort to our friends, relatives, or colleagues. I really enjoyed my visit to Visava Waterpark. It was a great experience and the rides were a lot of fun. The food was also great, which made the visit even better. I would highly recommend visiting on weekdays because it’s less crowded and you can enjoy the park much more. One thing I really liked is that they even start the wave pool even if there is just one customer, which shows great service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to others!Read More
