Kindly note that all kids need to be accompanied by paying adults above 18 years old during the tour.
Our customer support team will meet you at the starting point, where you have to be present 15 minutes prior to departure time and provide your original Emirates ID or passport in order to board the boat.
Guests who are pregnant, unwell, or have health concerns are advised not to board.
Before the tour begins, all passengers must sign a mandatory declaration form. Please note, there is a chance you may get wet during the experience.
A maximum of twelve passengers are permitted per ride, plus two crew members.
Seats are assigned on a first-come basis at boarding time, and groups will not necessarily travel together in the same boat unless specifically arranged.
Life jackets must be worn at all times during the tour by every passenger.
